There is no evidence of active cryptitis, crypt abscesses, or granulomas. No dysplasia, or malignancy is identified in the submitted tissue.</p>

<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 0.8 cm, totally embedded.</p>
