An invasive carcinoma formed of irregular groups of large malignant cells exhibiting focal ductal differentiation. Anaplasia and mitosis are moderate and stromal fibrosis is mild to moderate. Lymphovascular invasion is noted. Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes are moderate.
