<p class="ql-align-justify">Maxillary mass associated with an impacted third molar.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments (? cyst wall) measuring collectively 3 x 2 x 0.6 cm with an attached molar tooth measuring 1.5 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Upper jaw cystic lesion, Excision: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Dentigerous cyst, inflamed.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
