<p class="ql-align-justify"><u>Immunostaining was done with appropriate positive and negative controls and revealed:</u></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>CK7</strong>: stained bile ducts, negative in tumor cells.</li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>CD68</strong>: Negative in tumors cells, stained scattered histiocytes.</li></ul>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Referred paraffin block for immunostaining of left hepatic mass, previously submitted biopsy (pathology number 1696-2026 on 20-3-2026) was diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma grade 2 on top of liver cirrhosis.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One referred paraffin block and one H&E slide of previously submitted case with pathology number 1696-2026.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. Hepatic mass, core biopsy, immunostaining, referred paraffin block for review:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Confirmatory of hepatocellular carcinoma, grade 2, top of liver cirrhosis.</strong></li></ul>
