<p class="ql-align-justify">A benign non-capsulated soft tissue tumor formed of cavernous vascular spaces lined by mature endothelium and full of blood. These spaces are arranged in lobules and separated by fibrous stroma. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two-year history of a painless, soft swelling on lower lip.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragment measured 1.5x1.3x1 cm, having brownish cut section.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lower lip swelling, excision: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Cavernous hemangioma. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
