<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrium is hyperplastic and secretory. It is formed of moderately branching glands separated by cellular stroma exhibiting pseudodecidual change possibly due to hormone therapy. Glands are lined by 1-2 layers of cells. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. </p>
<p>Dysfunctional uterine bleeding.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Bloody soft tissue fragments collectively measured 3x2.5x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><em><u>Endometrial biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Moderate simple endometrial hyperplasia with diffuse stromal pseudodecidualization.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for atypia. </strong></li></ul>
