<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid soft tissue tumor covered by focally ulcerated skin with related moderate inflammatory reaction. It is formed of lobules of mature fat cells separated by thin fibrovascular trabeculae. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Left thigh mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue mass measuring 4 x 3.8 x 3 cm, completely covered by skin, with a fatty cut section.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. thigh mass, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Polypoid lipoma, inflamed and ulcerated.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
