<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibrotic cyst wall showing partial lining by columnar non-secretory endometrial cells with related endometrial stroma and interstitial hemorrhage. Wall shows few islands of irregular and branching endometrial glands with separating stroma. Fallopian tube is unremarkable. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Large left ovarian cystic lesion.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Received open left ovarian cyst measuring 11 x 9.5 x 7.5 cm that exhibited a smooth outer surface. An attached part of fallopian tube measured 2.5 cm in length. Upon sectioning, the cyst is filled with brown fluid.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. Ovarian cystectomy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Endometriotic cyst.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
