<p class="ql-align-justify">The smears are highly cellular, showing a dense population of neutrophils and scattered foamy macrophages within a granular, proteinaceous background. No cohesive ductal epithelial clusters or cytologic atypia are identified. Features are consistent with acute inflammation.</p>
<p>Breast discharge.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One smear was prepared and pap stained from 1 ml creamy fluid.</p>
