<p class="ql-align-justify">Cyst wall shows an inner laminated eosinophilic capsule (endocyst) surround by a thin fibrotic ectocyst. The endocyst shows many daughter scoleces showing the characteristic hexacanth embryos of Echinococcus granulosus. Picture is consistent </p><p>with hydatid cyst. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p>Suspected hydatid cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Received opened into three fragments of the cyst wall measured collectively 3.5x3x0.8 cm, totally embedded.</p>
