<p class="ql-align-justify">Partially ulcerated gastric mucosa by invasive malignant tumor composed of sheets and solid masses of large malignant cells exhibiting marked anaplasia with minimal glandular differentiation. Mitosis is acrtive. Areas of necrosis are observed. Lymphovascualr invasion is noted.</p>
<p>Large fungating ukcerative circumferential gastric mass extending from greater curvature to pylorus with obliteration of pyloric opening.</p>
<p>Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 0.9 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Stomach, endoscopic biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Poorly cohesive carcinoma, grade 3, non-signet ring type.</strong></li></ul>
