<p>Lower lobe pneumonia.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One smear was prepared and pap stained from submitted 1 ml pale yellow fluid.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Pleural fluid, cytology</u></em></strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Mild inflammatory changes.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignant cells. </strong></li><li><strong>Category II according to The International System for Reporting Serous Fluid Cytology, ISRSFC.</strong></li></ul>
