<p class="ql-align-justify">Hyperpigmentation in Lt cheek macule since 4 months, pt. complain multiple macules in the body and posterior neck. Previous biopsy elsewhere revealed squamous cell carcinoma.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Skin ellipse measuring 2.2 x 2 x 1 cm. It showed an ulcerated area measuring 1 x 1 cm, located 0.5 cm away from the superior margin, 0.5 cm away from the inferior margin, 0.7 cm away from the medial margin, and 0.7 cm away from the lateral margin</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Skin, left cheek, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (keratoacanthoma-type), 1 cm, confined to the dermis, margins free, pT1 NX MX.</strong></li></ul>
