<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections show a well-circumscribed tumor composed of intersecting whorled fascicles of uniform spindle cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm and elongated, blunt-ended nuclei, separated by fibrous stroma. No significant cytologic atypia, tumor cell necrosis, or increased mitotic activity is identified.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Left broad ligament mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Solid rubbery whitish mass received into two pieces collectively measured 9.5x8x7 cm.</p>
<p><strong><u>Left broad ligament mass, excision:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Leiomyoma.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
