<p class="ql-align-justify">Cyst wall partially lined by non-keratinizing squamous epithelium with focal mild infiltration of wall by lymphocytes, plasma cells and macrophages. Unremarkable bone trabeculae are also seen. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Radiolucent cystic lesion located in the midline of the mandible, extending from the 4 to 6 tooth region.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue and bone fragments collectively measured 2.5x2.3x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Central mandibular cystic lesion, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Dentigerous cyst, inflamed.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
