Diagnosis
<p>Sections examined revealed degenerated fibrocartilaginous disc material with bony trabeculae separated by normocellular bone marrow showing moderate inflammatory reaction composed of lymphocytes, plasma cells and neutrophils. There is evidence of capillary proliferation. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p>Pathological fracture of T1-T2. History of spinal TB.</p>
<p>Bone fragments collectivelly measured 4.3x4x1 cm, totally embedded</p>
<ul><li><strong><em><u>T1-T2 fracture, biopsy:</u></em></strong></li><li><strong>Degenerated disc material with suppurative spondylodiscitis.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for specific granulomas. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
