Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">An invasive carcinoma formed of irregular groups of large malignant cells exhibiting focal ductal differentiation. Anaplasia and mitosis are moderate and stromal fibrosis is mild to moderate. There is no associated DCIS componentcomponent. Lymphovascular invasion and perineural permeation are not identified.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Large left breast mass with pathological enlarged lymph nodes. History of right breast swelling.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two cores up to 1.3 cm long, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. breast mass, tru-cut biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Invasive breast carcinoma of no special type (NST), grade 2.</strong></li></ul>
