<p class="ql-align-justify">A subcutaneous non-capsulated lesion composed of irregular bundles of proliferating fibrocytes with abundant amounts of collagen in the stroma. There are few foci of lymphocyte collection in the lesion. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p>Ear polyp. Trauma to external ear.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Skin covered soft tissue mass measured 2.8x2.5x2 cm, having solid firm grey cut section.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Ear polyp, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li> <strong>Keloid. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
