<p>Pancreatitis with ascites, CA19-9 >1000, CA125 >700.</p>
<p>Two smears were prepared from the submitted 50 yellow-colored fluid and stained.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Ascitic fluid for cytology:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong> Moderate inflammatory changes, </strong></li><li><strong>negative for malignant cells. </strong></li><li><strong>Category II according to The International System for Reporting Serous Fluid Cytology, ISRSFC.</strong></li></ul>
