<p>Pleural effusion.</p>

<p><strong><em><u>Pleural fluid, cytology: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Mild inflammatory changes.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for malignant cells. </strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Category II according to The International System for Reporting Serous Fluid Cytology, ISRSFC.</strong></li></ul>
