<p>Nodal tissue showing partial effacement by sinusoidal polymorphic population of scattered eosinophils and some small lymphocytes admixed with atypical histiocytic cells, many having longitudinal clefts, There are scattered multinucleated giant cells as well as areas of tumor fibrosis. Picture of atypical polymorphic infiltrate and Langerhans' cell histiocytosis is suspected. Marker study (CD1a,Langerin and S-100 protein) is recommended for confirmation of such possibility.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Right axillary lymph node enlargement for two months ago.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two lymph nodes measured 3x2x1.5 cm and 2x1.7x1.5 cm.</p>
