<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid lesion with attenuated surface epithelial covering. Core shows proliferating capillaries lined by mature endothelium with dominantly empty lumens. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Small firm yellowish conjunctival growth of three months' duration.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragment measured 0.2 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Conjunctiva, biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Pterygium. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
