Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">A colonic adenomatous polyp formed of tubular and villous glands lined by columnar cells with reduced mucigenic activity and focal marked dysplasia. No evidence of malignancy in this limited biopsy, however, complete excision of this polyp is recommended since such lesion may be precancerous.</p>
<p>Descending colon polyp ~ 3 cm.</p>
<p>Soft tissue fragment measured 0.3 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Descending colon polyp, endoscopic biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Tubulovillous adenomatous polyp with high grade dysplasia </strong></li><li><strong>Recommended for complete excision of the polyp with pedicle and follow up. </strong></li></ul>
