<p class="ql-align-justify">An exophytic skin lesions showing papillary formations of hyperkeratotic and markedly acanthotic stratified squamous epithelium densely rich in melanin pigment. There are multiple horn pseudocysts. Upper dermis shows marked infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. No evidence of malignancy and excision of lesion looks complete.</p>
<p>Lt. Cheek lesion? melanoma.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Skin elipse measured 0.8x0.7x0.4 cm, showing brownish area 0.5x0.5 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. Cheek lesion, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Pigmented acanthotic seborrheic keratosis, inflamed. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
