<p class="ql-align-justify">A bony lesion composed of dysplastic irregular bone trabeculae lacking osteoblastic rimming and showing the characteristic Chinese letter pattern. Intervening stroma shows proliferaing fibrocytes. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Calcified medullary lesion in the proximal left femur.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Bone fragments collectively measured 4x3.5x0.6 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. Proximal femur lesion, biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Fibrous dysplasia. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
