Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">An exo-endophytic malignant tumor formed of broad papillary formations of hyperkeratotic squamous cells with mild atypia. Tumor show a rounded pushing than infiltrating border. However, in some foci tumor appears to be infiltrative and formed of irregular solid groups and solid nests of atypical squamous cells. Cells show mild to moderate anaplasia. Stroma shows moderate inflammatory reaction formed of lymphocytes and plasma cells. Margins are free.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Mass on the dorsum of the nose of four months' duration, clinically suspected to be either Squamous Cell Carcinoma or Basal Cell Carcinoma.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Skin elipse measured 0.8x0.5x0.4 cm, showing ulcerated area 0.5x0.1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Mass on dorsum of the nose, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Verrucous squamous cell carcinoma, grade 1.</strong></li><li><strong>Margins are free. </strong></li></ul>
