<p class="ql-align-justify">Received was a 2.5 x 1.5 x 0.5 cm skin ellipse showing a 1.6 x 0.7 cm gray-yellow ulcerated area. The lesion was 0.2 cm from the deep, 0.5 cm from the superior, 0.3 cm from the inferior, 0.5 cm from the medial, and 0.4 cm from the lateral margins.</p>
