<p class="ql-align-justify">Immunostaining was done with appropriate positive and negative controls and revealed:</p><p class="ql-align-justify">CD117, DOG1, CD34 and vimentin: diffuse strong positive reaction in tumor cells.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">SMA: weak staining in scattered tumor cells.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">S100 negative.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">Ki-67 labeling index about 3%.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Referred block for immunostaining of Left upper abdomen cavitary mass core biopsy, previously diagnosed as cellular spindle cell tumor, recommended for confirmatory marker study, on 16 April 2026 (pathology number 2378-2026).</p>
