The patient presents with a one-year history of a firm, progressively growing, and recently painful ulcerated lesion with overlying leukoplakia on the lateral side of the tongue, without palpable lymphadenopathy or a history of smoking and qat chewing.
Soft tissue piece measured 1.5x1.2x0.7 cm, showing ulcerated area 1.1x0.8 cm, totally embedded.
