Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">The core biopsy consists of skeletal muscle and fibroadipose tissue markedly infiltrated by a dense, polymorphous chronic active inflammatory population. The infiltrate is composed of lymphocytes, plasma cells, histiocytes and many neutrophils. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy in submitted biopsy.</p>
<p>Lt. breast mass surrounded by edema.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Tissue cores up to 1.3 cm long, totally embedded.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><em><u>Left Breast Mass , core biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Chronic suppurative inflammation with abscess formation.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Negative for malignancy.</li></ul><h4 class="ql-align-justify"><br></h4><h4 class="ql-align-justify"><strong><u>COMMENT:</u></strong></h4><h4 class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Given age of the patient, complete excision of the mass is recommended to avoid missing of unsampled more serious pathology.</strong></h4>
