Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Focally ulcerated mucosa with related capillary and endothelial proliferation and dense infiltration by lymphocytes, plasma cells and macrophages. Capillaries are arranged in lobules with patent as well as obliterated lumens. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p>Lip soft tissue mass with history of traumatic bite.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two soft tissue fragments collectively measured 0.6x0 4x0.3 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><em><u>Lip mass, biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Pyogenic granuloma</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
