Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">A cellular non-capsulated tumor showing storiform pattern of proliferating fibroblasts and histiocyte-like cells. Anaplasia is mild and mitotic activity is increased.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">Immunostaining was done with appropriate positive and negative controls and revealed: CD34 diffusely positive. S100 is negative. SMA focally positive. Ki-67 labeling index about 5%.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Referred blocks for immunostaining of excision biopsy of excision for a left upper chest wall mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Ten referred paraffin blocks and ten Hx&E stained slides coded 253-26.</p>
