<p class="ql-align-justify">Superficial material, some fragments show malignant tumor formed of irregular glandular formations lined by atypical mucigenic cells. Cells show moderate anaplasia and mitosis. Picture is consistent with adenocarcinoma, grade 2 intestinal type. Depth of invasion can't be assessed in this material. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Epigastric pain. Endoscopy show gastric fundal mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft white-tan tissue fragments collectively measured 1 cm, totally embedded in one cassette.</p>
