<p>Abnormal uterine bleeding.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Bloody soft tissue fragments collectively measured 4x3x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Endometrial biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hemorrhagic, mild simple endometrial hyperplasia.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for atypia and malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
