Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">An invasive carcinoma formed of irregular groups of large malignant cells exhibiting focal ductal differentiation. Anaplasia and mitosis are marked and stromal fibrosis is mild. Areas of necrosis with comedo pattern are noted. There is no associated DCIS. Lymphovascular emboli are not identified. Margins could not be assessed due to fragmented nature of the received specimen.</p>
<p>Left breast mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 4x3.5x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
