<p class="ql-align-justify">Hyperplasia of the mucosal associated lymphoid tissue which retain active and intact germinal centers with tingible body macrophages. The interfollicular area is infiltrated by lymphocytes and plasma cells. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Adenoidectomy.</p>
<p>Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 6.5x5x5 cm, with the largest measuring 5x3.5x1.5 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Adenoidectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Reactive lymphoid hyperplasia with chronic non-specific inflammation (inflamed adenoid).</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
