Submitted nodule is a soft tissue lesion formed of proliferating fibroblasts with focal storiform arrangement as well as clefting. These cells show mitotic activity but no evidence of abnormal forms. Some foci show increased collagen imparting a keloid-like pattern. Lesion shows focal infiltration by lymphocytes. No evidence of specific granulomas. Scattered ectatic blood vessels are seen. No evidence of malignancy.
