<p class="ql-align-justify">One of the submitted fragments shoe extensive ulcerative with related malignant tumor composes of sheets and ill defined groups of large epithelioid cells with hyperchromatic nuclei and eosinophilic cytoplasm. Tumor cells show focal attempts at glandular differentiation as well as marked anaplasia and mitosis. Areas if necrosis are noted. Rest of fragments show H pylori chronic active gastritis.</p>
<p>Pyloric ulcer.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 0.6 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Gastric pyloric ulcer, endoscopic biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, non signet-ring type, grade 3.</strong></li></ul>
