<p class="ql-align-justify">Huge likely malignant ovarian mass lesion and ascites.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One smear was prepared from submitted 40 ml brownish fluid.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Ascitic fluid, cytology:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hemorrhagic with moderate inflammatory changes.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignant cells. </strong></li><li><strong>(Category II according to The International System for Reporting Serous Fluid Cytology, ISRSFC). </strong></li></ul>
