Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Cellular smear composed of numerous lipid-laden foamy macrophages intermixed with scattered inflammatory cells, set against a background of granular proteinaceous debris. The macrophages exhibit abundant, vacuolated cytoplasm and regular, eccentric nuclei without nuclear atypia. There is an absence of high-grade nuclear atypia, mitotic figures, or cohesive clusters of malignant epithelial cells.</p>
<p>Pancreatic cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One smear was prepared and pap stained from submitted 20 ml orange fluid.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Pancreatic cyst, FNAC:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Benign pancreatic cyst fluid compatible with a pseudocyst. </strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for malignant cells. </strong></li></ul>
