No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p>Perforated viscus; perforated small intestine.</p>
<p>Small bowel biopsy: two soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.2x0.8x0.5 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Small intestinal biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Inflammatory perforation with related peritonitis.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for specific granulomas.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
