<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibrotic cyst wall showing broad and sessile fibrotic projections covered by non-mucigenic low cells. Rest of cyst wall is lined by same type of cells. No evidence of epithelial piling up. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Rt. ovarian cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Received opened ovarian cyst measuring 6 x 5 x 3.5 cm. The outer surface is smooth. Upon sectioning, the cyst appears multilocular, showing multiple growth areas, with the largest measuring 1.5 x 1.3 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rt. Ovarian cystectomy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Papillary serous cystadenofibroma.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
