<p class="ql-align-justify">Known case of Rheumatoid Arthritis presenting with right knee swelling, redness, and heat, raising clinical suspicion of septic arthritis.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One smear was prepared and pap stained from submitted 30 ml creamy-brown fluid.</p>
