Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">An exo-endophytic malignant tumor formed of broad papillary formations of hyperkeratotic squamous cells with mild atypia. Tumor show a rounded pushing than infiltrating border. However, in some foci tumor appears to be infiltrative reaching to bone, and formed of irregular solid groups and solid nests of atypical squamous cells. Cells show mild to moderate anaplasia. Stroma shows moderate inflammatory reaction formed of lymphocytes and plasma cells. Margins are free.</p>
<p>Lt. toe ulcer.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One toe measuring 5.5 x 3 x 2.5 cm, partially covered by skin measuring 4.5 x 2.8 cm, showing an ulcerated mass measuring 3.5 x 2.5 x 1 cm. The mass was located 0.5 cm from the bone margin, 1.5 cm from the deep margin, 1 cm from the peripehral surgical margin, and 1.5 cm from the nail area. Additionally, there are three separate pieces of bone, with the largest measuring 2 x 1.5 x 0.8 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. toe ulcer, wide excision</u></em></strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Verrucous squamous cell carcinoma, grade 1.</strong></li><li><strong>Margins are free. </strong></li></ul>
