<p class="ql-align-justify">Two soft tissue fragments collectively measured 0.4 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rectal ulcer, Endoscopic Biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Moderate chronic colitis with inflammatory activity and superficial erosion.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
