<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections show cellular smooth muscle neoplasm composed of intersecting fascicles of spindle-shaped cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm and elongated,blunt-ended nuclei.Mitotic activity is (<5 per 10/HPF) and none is atypical.Coagulative tumor cell necrosis is absent.The tumor margins are generally well circumscribed,without unequivocal infiltrative growth into the surrounding myometrium.Endometrium show hyperplastic endometrial glands,is non-secretory,formed of slightly branched glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells.Stroma is cellular.No evidence of complex glandular pattern. Some of the hyperplastic endometrium are seen embedded within superficial myometrium.Lt ovary shows corpus luteum cyst.Both ovaries shows corpora albicans.Cervix and fallopian tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Abnormal uterine bleeding.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen,uterus measured 12.5×10×9cm,and the cervix measured3cm in length.On sectioning, the myometrial wall was trabeculated and measured 5cm in thickness.The endometrial cavity was almost entirely occupied by a fibroid mass measuring 9×7×5.5cm.The RTand LTovaries measured2.8×1.5×1cm and2.5×1.5×1cm,respectively.The RTand LTfallopian tubes measured 5cmand 5.5cm in length,respectively.All adnexal structures were grossly unremarkable.</p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Panhysterectomy</u></em></strong>:</h3><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Cellular leiomyoma.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Mild simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Superficial adenomyosis.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Left ovarian corpus luteum cyst.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Bilateral ovarian corpora albicans.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Cervix and fallopian tubes are unremarkable.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
