<p class="ql-align-justify">A non-capsulated lesion formed of intercommunicating and branching vascular spaces lined by mature endothelium and dominantly show empty lumens. Separating stroma is rich in mature small lymphocytes. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Localized soft tissue mass on the lateral aspect of the left knee near the fibular head, which was surgically excised ?? hemangioma.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue mass measured 6x3.5x2.8 cm with greyish fatty cut section.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. Knee lesion, excision</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lymphovascular hamartoma</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
