Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Intact conjunctiva with a non-capsulated subepithelial lesion formed of nests of pigmented nevocellular cells. Some foci show a junctional component but no evidence of malignancy. Excision of lesion appears complete. </p>
<p>Lower lid pigmented mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Skin ellipse measured 1.2x0.6x0.5 cm, showing brownish mass measuring 0.7x0.4 cm. Margins of excision ranged from 0.1 to 0.5 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lower eye lid (Conjunctival lesion) , Excision biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Compound nevus. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
