<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrium is hyperplastic and non-secretory. It is formed of moderately branching glands separated by cellular stroma and lined by 1-2 layers of cells. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Intermittent uterine bleeding.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.5x1.2x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><em><u>Endometrial, D & C biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Moderate simple endometrial hyperplasia.</strong></li><li><strong> Negative for atypia. </strong></li></ul>
