<p class="ql-align-justify">Fragmented polypoid lesions formed of non-secretory hyperplastic endometrium, it is formed of branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is compact with scattered thick walled blood vessels. No evidence of complex pattern, atypia or malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p>Four uterine polyps.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 2x1.5x0.8 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>D and C biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hyperplastic endometrial polyps.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for atypia or malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
